We are focused on providing an amazing style of living at very fair market rent. We seek out homes that need alot of TLC that would never qualify for normal financing and bring those homes back to life for the community. Our focus is never to resell a home but instead provide it as affordable housing back to the same community. This a firm and unwaviring belief of the founder of Money at Work LLC.
Through this belief it allows to offer fair market rent to all applicants. Our homes are fully renovated from the ground up and always stand out from the crowd. Each home is unique and will always have lavish finishes from tile surround tubs to wonderful kitchens with a backsplash. We pride ourselves on ensuring the comfort of central heat and air is a thing of joy. No phone call for maintenance every goes unanswered and every unit we own is covered by Hope plumbing and Orkin Services at no additional charge to the renter.
